Residence Ascot also has 1 studio flat in the attic area. The apartments are fully equipped, modern, comfortable and air conditioned and soundproofed, with large balconies, all the beds have orthopedic mattresses with springs and slatted bases.

The studios can accommodate a maximum of 3 people and are from 25 to 35 m2 + balcony or terrace.

In the kitchen

The kitchens are equipped with a stainless steel hob with 4 gas burners and are complete with utensils, crockery, fridge with freezer and microwave-grill.

The parking space is located at the Residence or, subject to availability, in a covered garage 700 metres away. It is free of charge and unattended; the management accepts no liability for any damage to vehicles.

We gladly welcome pets , as long as they are small and used to living in an apartment.

In the basement there is a coin-operated washing machine and an ironing board at your disposal.

Private and fenced courtyard used as a parking area for bicycles and strollers.
