The Ascot Residence in Cattolica offers apartments on the attic floor, all with large balconies for dining al fresco, sunbathing and enjoying the beautiful panoramic view .

The apartments, studios, two-room and three-room apartments, are all soundproofed and have high ceilings and that extra touch of charm that the large wooden ceilings with exposed beams convey. The equipment and furnishings are the same as the apartments located on the lower floors.

The kitchens are equipped with a stainless steel hob with 4 gas burners and are complete with utensils, crockery, fridge with freezer and microwave-grill.

The parking space is located at the Residence or, subject to availability, in a covered garage 700 metres away. It is free of charge and unattended; the management accepts no liability for any damage to vehicles.

We gladly welcome pets , as long as they are small and used to living in an apartment.

In the basement there is a coin-operated washing machine and an ironing board at your disposal.
