The two-room apartments of the Ascot Residence are modern, refined and soundproofed, allowing you to enjoy a holiday with maximum comfort, in complete freedom.

The two-room apartments can accommodate up to 4 or 5 people, have a large double bedroom and living room with double sofa bed and are from 38 to 45 m2 + balcony or terrace.

All beds have orthopedic spring mattresses and slatted bases.

In the kitchen

The kitchens are equipped with a stainless steel hob with 4 gas burners and are complete with utensils, crockery, fridge with freezer and microwave-grill.

The parking space is located at the Residence or, subject to availability, in a covered garage 700 metres away. It is free of charge and unattended; the management accepts no liability for any damage to vehicles.

We gladly welcome pets , as long as they are small and used to living in an apartment.

In the basement there is a coin-operated washing machine and an ironing board at your disposal.

Private and fenced courtyard used as a parking area for bicycles and strollers.
