Is the beach far away?

The residence is 50 meters from the sea. To reach the beach, just cross the street.

Is it included in the price?

The beach is not included.

Is there parking?

Parking is available at the Residence or, subject to availability, in a covered garage 700 meters away. It is free and unattended; management is not responsible for any damage to vehicles.

Is there air conditioning?

Yes, all rooms are fully air-conditioned, and each room has independent air conditioning for the living room and bedroom.

How far are they from the centre and the shops?

The city center is about 200 meters away, but the residence is located in the tourist area of ​​the city, near the pedestrian area of ​​Via Dante, the heart of the shopping district and all the major stores. The Conad supermarket is less than 100 meters from the residence.

Is there a washing machine?

In the basement you will find a washing machine and an ironing board (€4.00 washing and ironing).

Is it all inclusive?

Yes, all utilities (water, electricity, air conditioning, parking, and linens) are included in the prices. The only mandatory supplement is the final cleaning fee, which is €30 for studio apartments, €40 for one-bedroom apartments, and €50 for two-bedroom apartments.

Do you have bicycles?

No, the residence does not have bicycles, but we have a private courtyard with a gate where you can park them.

Are there dishes, towels and sheets?

Yes, the apartments are fully equipped with kitchen utensils (no kitchen linens), bed linen and towels are changed weekly.

Is additional cleaning of the apartment or an additional change of linens provided?

For those who wish, with three days' notice, we can provide an apartment cleaning or a linen change for a fee.

Are arrival and departure mandatory on Saturdays?

Generally yes, but only if available, and to be agreed upon with Management, can you change the day.
Until the first week of June and after the first week of September, however, it is also possible to request stays of less than a week, with arrivals and departures on days other than Saturdays.

When should you vacate the apartment?

The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 am on the agreed day.
Upon departure, the apartment must be returned with a clean kitchenette, all kitchen equipment, washed, and without any type of rubbish inside.

Are pets allowed?

Generally, small pets are allowed, provided they are accustomed to living in an apartment and do not bark, scratch doors or curtains, or urinate on balconies or sofas. We ask for a small fee for sanitizing the apartment at the end of your stay. The apartment is re-inspected before departure, and any damage will be retained from your security deposit.
