The Ascot Residence offers three different types of apartments:
- Studio flats (2+1) which can accommodate maximum three people, with a large terrace PLANIMETRY 1 - PLANIMETRY 2
- Two-roomed flat (2+2) that can accommodate up to 4 or 5 people PLANIMETRY 1 - PLANIMETRY 2 - PLANIMETRY 3
- Three-roomed flat (4+2) The apartment has two double bedrooms and two large bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people PLANIMETRY 1 - PLANIMETRY 2

The apartments are elegantly furnished, sound-proofed and air-conditioned. The features includes: double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and hair dryer, spacious and well furnished balcony Wi-Fi, electronic safe, 32-inch satellite TV LED and telephone in the room.
IN THE KITCHEN
Our kitchenettes are provided with stainless steel hob with four gas burners cooker; fully equipped with kitchenware utensils, fridge with freezer and microwave - grill.

Each apartment has a reserved parking space at the Residence, or, depending on availability , in a garage 500 meters away.
Pets and small size animals, are well-accepted if they are used to live inside.
In the basement you can find: a token run washing machine and iron with ironing board.
Private fenced yard can be used for parking bicycles and strollers.
