The Ascot Residence in Cattolica puts at your disposal spacious apartments for large families, with well-furnished, bright and soundproofed rooms.

Our three-room apartments can accommodate up to 6 people, consist of 2 double bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms and are from 50 to 57 m2 + balcony or terrace.

All beds have orthopedic spring mattresses and slatted bases.

In the kitchen

The kitchens are equipped with a stainless steel hob with 4 gas burners and are complete with utensils, crockery, fridge with freezer and microwave-grill.

So much more

The parking space is located at the Residence or, subject to availability, in a covered garage 700 metres away. It is free of charge and unattended; the management accepts no liability for any damage to vehicles.

We gladly welcome pets , as long as they are small and used to living in an apartment.

In the basement there is a coin-operated washing machine and an ironing board at your disposal.

Private and fenced courtyard used as a parking area for bicycles and strollers.
